Not long ago I began experiencing adult acne breakouts on my chin, much to my chagrin. My dermatologist actually laughed at my being a grandmother (a very young hearted one, I might add) and still experiencing acne. What’s a girl to do when her dermatologist laughs at her?
This determined girl took matters into her own hands and began a rigorous routine of research until I came across an oil-free moisturizer and a line of organic products that I had not tried before.
I purchased a 2 ounce bottle of Juice Beauty’s oil-free moisturizer and within days of using it, my chin had cleared up completely and I’ve not experienced any more breakouts as with some other moisturizers. I love Juice Beauty, and I keep coming back to this product since I have oily skin, but it has never worked for me. Very sticky and makes me break out lol – not exactly what I was going for. On top of that, I could never wear this during the day since it has no SPF!

I tried this out as part of the Juice Beauty Organics To Go kit, and this was the only item I did not like at all. This moisturizer made my skin feel really sticky. It was fine after I put on makeup, which is why I’m giving it 2 stars instead of one, but if I had wanted to go au naturel it wouldn’t have been very pleasant.
However, the cleansing milk in that set is great, so is the appple facial peel. I’ll probably buy both of those products again, and I don’t normally like cleansing milks or creams, I’ve always preferred gels or foams. The serum in the set is good too, and I’m rather indifferent towards the hydrating mist. I’ve also given the redness reducing serum a try, since I have a big problem with redness, especially in the winter. I would recommend that product as well.
